We guarantee all items of your order will be delivered to you via USPS/DHL.FED EX or other highly reputable shipping service that exports to your Country, along with tracking information in which will always be provided. If you do not receive an item in your order, you will be offered another replacement or your full money back with no hassles.

Please DO NOT be fooled by the multitude of China based Websites falsely advertising Merchandise at ridiculously low prices. Generally what you see advertised in their pictures is not what you will be getting in the way of Quality. If the price seems too good to be true, then it is!

Shipping normally takes anywhere from 8-16 business days from the time your order has been processed, however many of our customers have received their orders much sooner than this!
Payment processing takes 7 business days.
Update: During holidays, this may delay shipping however all orders will be shipped using fastest shipping method available to your Country. This will be either DHL, UPS, Aramex, TNT, Dpex or Fedex.
Although our Physical Location is in Canada, All Merchandise is being Shipped from China and is carefully inspected before shipped out to you. All sales are final however, If for any reason you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged, Please contact our sales Team to have the problem rectified.

If there is anything you might be interested in but can't find it in our store, please contact us at email@example.com and we will check the warehouse to see if it is in stock, will be in stock, or can be custom made. :)
Custom Made merchandise is unfortunately much more expensive than the prices we have advertised in our store, however you can still contact us with your ideas, and we will get back to you as early as possible.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS :
NEW IN: If we find that something is out of stock or on back order, we will compensate you by requesting you to change that item to something else, but will add a 10% credit.
Example: A dress cost you $150 but it is now out of stock, if you exchange it for something else, we will add 10 percent to the price you paid for it, which will give you a $165 credit.
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address).
Please note that some of our merchandise may come without tags or labels although this is rare. Also Please understand that the clothing does not come with the actual brand labels as the only Places you will legitimately find this from are the actual retailers. We sell only 'designer inspired' clothes, not replica's.
